The Studio of Surveyors Delfrate Manfrini was founded in 1991, thanks to the dedication of the founding partners who inherited the legacy of the renowned surveyor Delfrate Carlo. With a career spanning almost thirty years as a municipal technician, the surveyor was a pillar of the local community, and his experience continues to live on through the studio. Today, the tradition is kept alive by surveyors Delfrate Fernando and Manfrini Valerio, offering a wide range of professional services, from technical and project consultancy to construction management and condominium administration. By consolidating a long history of trust and satisfaction, we ensure qualified support at every stage of the project.

Our professionals are certified to issue the Legitimacy Certification, i.e., the Urban Planning Compliance Certificate. Since 1991, we have been authorized in condominium management, and today we manage over a hundred condominiums in the province of Parma. Additionally, we have been an active member of the National Association of Condominium and Real Estate Managers (ANACI) for thirty years.
